We are writing this letter in hopes you will share it with potential customers and they wil be convinced you are the best real estate agent to handle their needs.
We are newlyweds who are expecting or first baby in July. We were living in a condominium and believed we had outgrown it. That's when we called upon you to help us sell our condominium at a fair price and find our dream home that we could afford.
We appreciate how you stuck with us ever though my husband grew impatient with what was available. Even after we quit, we were impressed how you kept in contact with us and let us know about new and upcoming houses for sale.
That's when your skills took over. While we had taken our condominium off the market, you helped us find what is truly our dream home even though it wasn't on the standard multiple listing that most real estate agents use. While we were on vacation out of the state you managed to find a buyer for our condominium. You were able to take care of most of the sale before we were back in town. Even then you made it simple for us. This was important considering we are two busy people, one of which is pregnant.
Our experience in purchasing a home would normally have been stressful and frightening, but you made it as simple as going on vacation. We now know we have more that a real estate agent, we have a valued friend.

I met Carol Haaz just out of plain luck. I called Pinnacle Estate Properties and asked for a real estate broker, and I was put in touch with Carol. That bit of luck and a lot of hard work on Carol's part transformed me from a renter to a homeowner.
Weeks before that phone call, I had called many other brokers, half were completely pushy and were looking to make a quick buck, while the others completely disregarded me as a client due to my youth. Every person I spoke to seemed to see me as a young boy who wasn't to be taken seriously and would be a waste of time in their busy schedule.
I told Carol what I was looking for and I had very specific guidelines for the area as well. Within a few days Carol hd found more than five properties that fit my budget, and we toured them. She quickly grasped the essence of the home I wanted to live in. Unfortunately, this was during a time when there were hardly any properties available in the area I wanted to live. Somehow, Carol kept calling me twice a week with new properties on the market. We would be off to go look at them within hours of the houses going on the market.
Carol never rushed me into anything. As we entered a house Carol would let me look around. If I liked it, great. If not we would leave and that property was left behind. As I explored the houses, Carol would explain specifics of the properties, and them pros and cons of the features. This was also a big help to a first time home buyer like myself. These types of qualities made me feel very comfortable, and as though we were always on the same level and NOT like a little boy wasting time.
The real estate market had fewer properties by the day. This fact combined with my specific tastes made things difficult. However, Carol had not given up hope and also was keeping my spirit going and gung ho looking for a place to live. Carol kept adjusting her life around my extremely hectic schedule. Working in the film industry my hours vary day to day making it more difficult. Carol kept things working as smooth as silk and got things done as fast as a jack rabbit. We would be at houses only hours after they had been on the market. then one day we found a property and it was "the one". Carol helped me put a bid in within no time.
The following days we were in a bidding war. But, my bid was accepted with a lot of persuasion on Carol's part. There was another bid higher than mine, and Carol was there to help sway the sellers toward my favor. Even after moving in Carol has been wonderul, keeping in touch, explaining things to me that I would not have known, being a first time homeowner.
I believe that any person looking to buy a home would be wise to have Carol Haaz as their REALTOR. She will make their house hunting experience pleasurable and help start turning a newly purchased houe into a home.

Dear Carol
I wanted to do something special to thank you for making the purchase of the townhouse property so easy. If you had not visited all the properties we would not have found the house. And doing everything from a great distance could have been a nightmare but instead it was a dream. Think of us ...as we often think of you. Can't wait until we all live on the same coast.

As a first time home buyer, Carol was very informative, and patient with me when showing me properties, or through my negotiations with the sellers. Carol didn't pressure me in any way. As a former sales representative I know how frustrating negotiations can be, especially when you're earning your money on the commission basis.
